A family moves to a small town from the big city. The house they buy had been a site for many murders. One was a teenage girl an they find a video tape of her and later find the hidden grave in the woods where her body had been hidden, Later the killer tries killing the family because they figured out he was the killer. Sorry it's pretty vague, but that's all I can remember. I believe it came out earlier in this decade. Thanks.
