Anybody know this game?SNES(LITTLE INFORMATION)?

ok it was for super nintendo and there was like this angel that you talk to before you go on a sidescrolling mission and then every now and then you would like play as the angel and like build towns. idk the name of it but it was like in a crAzy font on the game cartridge.or are these two different games

Yep. I played it. Give me a second... They made a sequel, also.

EDIT: I think it was Act Raiser. You started out in heaven and it would show you descend to the world below?
