anybody knoew what this is?

i have a huge lump on my lower lip, i dont really know how to describe the size but its like a large marble (it touches my top lip when my mouth is open) it started yesterday quite small but has grown fast. i dont remember biting it i think it just appeared, if you would like any more info please ask
