Anybody here know how to remove an LCD Bulb from a Panasonic 50"?

I took the cover off the front center and removed the screw from the bulb and the two brass ones from each side but I need to know how to turn or pull it out. I can't find a video that shows this.
Please no stupid childish answers, thanks.
