i wouldnt recomment that you buy online because last time i did(3 months ago) i bough my sister a slvr and they charged me 5 times the value of it so they took 800$ of my credit card for just 1 phone and they said that they cant give it back so the only thing i can do is have this year and next year phone bill paid off..... but other than that it got here in 3 days hahahahaha....... hate cricket sometimes

That is horrible, I can't believe they did that. No matter how "okay" you are with it someone in their senior management should be made aware of that HUGE mistake.
I've ordered online many of times. The bad thing is you don't instantly recieve a confirmation e-mail of any kind. Which makes you worry if your phone is coming. But, when the phone ships they send an e-mail. Most recently it took me 1.5weeks to get my SLVR L7c.

well for the mistake they did my sisters phone is paid for 2 years and plus they gave me an extra 6 months free so that is like 1200$ so somehow i got 400$ free hahaha
I ordered my service from the website. As Cricket619 mentioned, you don't get a confirmation email which can make you wonder about the status of your order, but my turnaround time was about five days.
One thing to be aware of, though, is your plan. I ordered the Cricket Connect 50 plan, which states on the site that it comes with unlimited 411 directory assistance. Today, when I tried calling 411 for the first time I was told that I didn't have that service. I called customer service and after going back and forth a few times we learned that there are two versions of the plan. One that has the unlimited 411, and one that does not. The web interface gave me the wrong plan. The rep straightened things out for me and waived the account maintenance fee. Just be sure you're actually getting what you ordered.

yeah ill just stick to flashed phones tho since cricket redid the website you can add flex bucket funRAB on the site and change a few other things, i kinda like it.

I got my e-mail this morning with the tracking nuraber. the fone will be here tomorrow. thanks for the tip about the unlimited 411...i noticed a discrepancy with that right away...it shows the unlimited 411 in some places on the website and not on the others. I will be sure to call cs right away if I dont get it since i ordered the cricket connect 50 plan too
