Anybody else put their mp3 player on random albums?

I have so much music that I never listen to so I've decided to put my Ipod on album shuffle. I listened to 2 or 3 cRAB today that I wouldn't normally pick to listen to and I'm enjoying it already. It's pretty cool to not know what's going to come on next

I've considered doing song shuffle, but sometimes it takes me a few songs to get into a cd that I don't listen to often.
 
I usually have mine on random songs. Never tried/knew about random albums until I read this post just now. So I'm giving it a go, first album that came on I've never really listened to and it's good! So I like this so far lol
 
I don't do random simply because it would jump from one end of a genre spectrum, to a completely different genre.

For example, Birdman and Lil Wayne, and then next song would be something like Super Mario Bros. theme song.
 
I should try it. Usually I just download a ton of albums and put everything on random so I get a song here or there. Then when something intrigues me I listen to the whole album. SounRAB like something to try though.

The Ataris - Look forward to Failure
American Headcharge - The War of Art
Pan's Labyrinth OST

It definitely jumps from genre to genre, but I think that's part of the fun.
