Anybody else hearing storyboard comments

I am watching Monster-In-Law and there is a woman saying what is happening currently in the scene. This is on Sky Movies one.

Maybe you have Audio Description turned on.

Is it the bit when you press help and you can have subtitles or audio description?

Definately off and very quiet unlike what it should be. Maybe a bad mix on sky's part.
