Anybody else counting down to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull..?

I am really looking forward to this next year, I think it could be fantastic.

Apparently the tone is the most like Raiders of the Lost Ark, and despite Ford's age, he is looking in good shape.

I think having the film set in the 1950's to take into account 'Indy's age' will be great if handled well, and I imagine we are in for some 'not the years it's the mileage' type gags...

I think that as a great night out, a trip to the cinema for this will guarantee it

2008 is going to be the year of Indiana Jones, and I imagine he will be everywhere (toys, McDonalRAB, etc, etc)

It'll have to be a hell of a lot better than the first three to get me all that bothered. Saw the trilogy recently and was very, very disappointed. They have not stood the test of time at all well, in my opinion.

I'm sorry, but this is coming from the guy who gave "Spider-Emo 3" 7/10.

Raiders especially has stood the test of time very well indeed, and in another ten years the third Spider-Man film will have dated far more by comparison, no doubt in my mind.

I can't wait for the new Indy film. I'd stay away from it Mark because Spielberg has already stated on record that it will feature little digital effects and he is making the film as if he were making it in the 80's. Old School. Good choice Spielberg. Thank god Lucas doesn't call the shots when it comes to Indy.

raiders is still the best by miles but am thinking this could be very cool, the artifact is a pretty cool 1, somewhat like raiders and then of course there are the other rumours, my god, if they are true as well, could be for a treat of mamoth proportions

Can't wait for this, I am such a big fan of the other 3, My mate dissed the name so I hit him the otherday lol.

But yeah, im stoked for this movie, as well as the new AVP and Cloverfield, those are the 3 films I really wanna seee next year.
