anybody can be material for a feature story true or false?

That's really true. We're all unique somehow, and it's the reporter's job to find out what that quality is.

Admittedly, it may be tougher to find that quality with some people than others.
 
True, unless there is a conflict of interest with the reporter ;)

but otherwhise yes. its a trick question, i would say no but the answer you are looking for is yes.
