Any Wii owners embrace the classic Gamecube games yet?

so, i'm thinking of getting RE4 for my wii. can i use my wii controller or do i have to get a GC controller?
also, can it save to the flash memory or do i have to buy a memory card also? (if i do, i will get the one that accepts sd cards so i can run roms)

gamecube games run exactly as gamecube games do on the GC hardware, which means you have to use a normal gamecube controller and a normal gamecube memory card. for updates to improve this.

I just picked up a wavebird and Metroid Prime for my GC. I'll be buying TP for GC Tuesday, and then I'll be saving all the stuff when I get my Wii sometime next year.

F Zero GX still looks awesome. 480p is supported in the game aswell as widescreen
