Any way to turn off the blue LED light on a WN111v2 wireless adapter?

The WN111v2 from Netgear has a bright blue LED that blinks according to the network connection and it's driving me NUTS. Does anyone know any specific way to shut this thing off, short of just cracking it open and removing it?
 
I don't believe there is. I would suggest buying some black electrical tape and just putting a bit over the LED :P Doesn't void the warranty, but you get to keep your sanity.
