I am looking for a way to do what the DroidWall app (http://code.google.com/p/droidwall/) does WITHOUT having to get root access to my Android phone. Any ideas?
BTW, can anyone explain why this kind of functionality is not a part of basic phone settings? It seems like it would be in the carrier's best interest, since it would enable users to move traffic off congested carrier networks and onto home wifi networks.
