Any way to get VC games without internet access?

I want MK64 but my school wireless connection is incompatible with the Wii. How can I get this game?

Unfortunately, I ran the test on www.nintendowifi.com and it informed me that my setup won't work with the LAN adapter.

And, no, I won't take my Wii (with or without a TV) to a Starbucks. Can't the virtual console games be stored on some kind of media?

I set my Wii up last night on my home wireless. I had to change my entire network to channel 11 to get it to work properly.
