Any way to download flash player w/out admin privilege?

Any way to download flash player w/out admin privilege?
I need to get flash player onto this computer but I don't have the admin password right now and downloading is blocked on limited accounts. is there anyway to get around the block so that I can install flash player?!
I'm on a dell laptop with windows xp, 2002
