Any update on 8800 Release Date

I am about to pick up a new 8700r, but will wait two/three weeks if I can get the 8800. Does anyone know the ETA?

Rogers has no idea that the 8800 is even available. I have spoken to sales, product group and now I am talking to customer relations.

800 is official for Rogers. They should have a page up in the next few days with details. It will be $499 on a 3 year term. $200 more then the 8700, are the new features worth that cash to you? I am awaiting HUP prices as I have one coming March 15th!

8800 Release date has been pushed back to later this month by the RIM guys. Don't have specific dates but will let you know when I hear more.
