I'm 17,5 feet 6 inches, and my current weight is 150. I would describe myself as skinny in appearance but with a rounded belly. I'm trying to get rid of my belly fat and fat around my thighs. My exercise routine consist of running 1 mile nonstop. My second mile I run two laps and do 20 pull-ups and 100 crunches. I run another three laps to finish my 2nd mile. At the end of my second mile I do 3 sets of 30 jumps with a jump rope and also another 100 crunches. I run another two laps to cool down.My diet consist of Oatmeal or Special K cereal, for lunch I have a sandwich made of 100% Whole Wheat Bread,Turkey Ham and a leaf of lettuce, dinner is just a small portion of what ever is made, which usually is steamed veggies with either chicken,fish or beans and rice. Is this a good routine to lose weight and get rid of my belly and thigh fat?Any tips or advice that may be helpful to improve my routine so it may be more effective?
