I’m a 24 year old guy and till this day, I have a hard time maintaining a good posture. I have the habit of slouching my back and I want to start fixing this before it’s too late. I want to start having a good posture, so I can look confident. I try to straighten it, but when I’m in a hurry walking outside, when I’m walking uphill or when I’m walking a narrow sidewalk, I easily forget to keep my body straight.
