Words i always hear from my strength teachers...."Your body can do much more than what your mind will allow it to do." Convince yourself to go the extra 10 ft. or do the extra pullup ot extra sit up. beat your mind's control!
I'm 14 years old,so I'm not so sure.
But I'm guessing you'll be waking up earlier than usual.
Drink lots of water,to wake your self up. (Need to urinate)
Maybe involuntary exercises.
