Any thoughts on the Toyota FJ Cruiser?!?

its gas milage isnt greeat, its interior space is so so its ride isnt to smooth especially with the solid rear axel. but its a good car but its not the best to carry a child around in or a baby considering its a little hard to get in and out of. if you want capability id try a jeep. such as the liberty, patriot( most fuel efficient 4X4) or the grand cherokee. or you could get a ford escape 4x4
 
I'm thinking about getting one since my car is too small and with a baby due in December, I need something more roomy. What are your thoughts on this vehicle?! Good milage? Roomy? Smooth ride? Hate it? I just wanna get some feed back before I get my hopes too high. :]
