Marty´s Sonnet
When you went away and i was alone,
After we´d been together for so long,
I felt fragility appearing strong,
In a solitude I had never known,
You were my paper,my scissors,my stone,
A dessert´s silence and the Bard´s song,
O Empire State Building,Fay Ray and Kong!
And the brightest,whitest,succulent bone...
Alas!Tears trickled across this moon face,
As I thought of your eyes and gentle embrace...
The short-fall threatened a deluge and bath,
When-drifting on back your cavernous laugh...
And on my Dear..Though I can´t express it,
My love is yours..in this Marty´s Sonnet...
