Any suggestions???

Hi all,

The derm put me on 10% BP and then minocin, i've been on this for about 2 weeks now. My skin is very dry and feels like it's burning. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to ease the pain a little bit? On the bright side the acne is getting better.
 
I use minocin too and BP too! I don't usually get that much of a burning sensation when I use it, but when I do, It feels good to put a cold cloth on my face or something. Hope that helped.
