Any suggestions on how I can make my 1992 Buick Regal Custom (3.8L v6)?

Have a supercharger? It is a fwd car, and was wondering if it would be easier to either ger a turbo kit or a supercharger kit for it. I am trying to make this car run in the 10's or high 9's. I know it is possible, is why I am open to suggestions and pricing or websites that will have it.
