While Big Gay Al is the embodiment of the gay stereotype, South Park also has Mr. Garrison, who isn't really stereotyped at all. (Although that man is very confused.)
I was also pleased to see Moral Orel portraying homosexuality in a very (no pun intended) straight way.
The things that I hate have all been mentioned in this thread. "Only boys can have fun" is particularly one of the most annoying ones. A notable subversion of this is The Powerpuff Girls. When they're not being superheroes, they're having fun and not being overly girly in the slightest. Of course being superheroes in the first place probably has something to do with that.
On the contrary, the tomboy girl who rejects anything girly and looks down on other girls for being so can be just as annoying.
Also, dads who are portrayed as stupid and unable to function without the mom telling him everything to do. It's definitely a side effect of the "boys are stupid" trope.
