Any spa/salon in SoCal use the "Doctor Fish" for pedicures?

I heard about these fish (Garra Rufa) in a news story about a year ago. I've decided that I'd like to try it. It sounds as though many states and counties have banned them. Please tell me that in the mecca of fashion and beauty, Southern California, someone is still doing this!!!
