My friend is having her 18th birthday (that's a special one because it's the time she gets considered a grown up) next week. Sadly, we can't arrange anything but a simple dinner for the 15-18 of us friends. Limited budget, not more than 500 per person (actually, want it much lesser). But I don't want my friend to not have her 18 roses, we have the guys but we don't have the venue. So are there any lounges or restaurants that have cheap but good food with a dance floor where we can do the dancing of the 18 roses? I also hope it's not so far from the Taft area, because my friends and their parents aren't very keen on going out too late too far. Maybe we could bring some music? Or is that possible? If ever it's not, what do you suggest fast? Because time is running out. Thanks in advance!
