Any REAL way to make hair grow faster?

I accidentally cut my hair too short and it looks AWFUL. I feel really self conscious now and it sucks. I want my bangs back! I'm a guy, btw. Are there any products that will actually make my hair growth speed up so my bangs will grow back sooner? Thanks for helping!
