any plans for a 360 price cut soon?

I'm looking to pick up a xbox 360, but I've been hearing rumors of a possible price cut this spring. any chance that they would bring the premium system down a full $100 to $299? is this going to happen anytime soon?

I'm not sure if it's worth it to wait.
 
Won't be cut until they release Zephyer. Then, Hopefully Zephyer will be the 400 dollar one and the Current Premium will be 300.

Ebay? There are some good deals on there, same with the YardSale, and the xbox360forum.com also has some pretty good deals in the market place
 
I actually just saw some on ebay, and they sell ones that has the ring of death (3 flashing red lights).

and they were ending around 250. If you wanted to email the sellers, ask them when the 360 was oringally purchased and if they have any recipets. Microsoft's warrenty is transferable, and they've extended it to a 1 year hardware warrenty, so just call them up and they'll fix it for free...

No, but I really want to play GoW because my friends are on it and I miss them... and its cheaper than flying down to Lawton every weekend.

Other than that, I can play SC4 all day.
 
i got a premium, with GoW, with an extra wireless controller, and a new black shell. $150 off ebay.

It was broke of course, 3 red lights, but i just bought a new one from wal-mart and switched the insides and brought it back and said it wa sbroken, lol
 
i got a brand new one less than a month ago for $234 including tax after all is said and done. made use of that microcenter deal.
 
they did check mine.

Whats the problem? I didnt just switch the whole unit, i switched the insides from them.

The serial is on the shell, that still matches the receipt.
