Any other PDAs out there with chat-style SMS?

...like the Treo has?

I'm looking for a PDA phone with a full keyboard, all the standard PDA functions, camera, and the following options if possible:

- MP3 ringtones
- Chat style SMS like on my 650 (or downloadable, bug-free software)
- Runs on Cingular

I searched and searched but haven't quite gotten the answers I need... thanks in advance!!
