Any one work for Honda? I want info on their rewards system in place.?

a while ago I read a case study on Honda, and it said that one of their current reward systems in place included everyone from maintenance to top management. if any one had any type of idea that was good and Honda implemented it they got any were from five hundred dollars to half a million
