Any one else think the banning of dodge-ball in school was the end of the country?

This falls in line with the "everyone gets a trophy" idea. Not everyone is good at everything, and sometimes you get hurt. Take that (failure, pain, disappointment) out of society and you have a population of failures (or welfare recipients). If a jock is bad at math should we ban calculus?
Hey Bumfuq, yes it does.
Aww you failed, here's some welfare. Aww you failed, here's a bailout.
(love your name BTW)

I didn't know dodge ball was banned.

But I highly doubt it correlates to anything within the federal gov't's way of governing.

It is insane. At my kids'school they have to play with a nerf ball type ball. Except some teachers pretend not to notice if they use a handball.

What sort of wimps are we trying to raise?

I don't know about the banning of dodge-ball, but I think the everyone gets a trophy idea is ridiculous.

It doesn't help kids want to do more.

Junior High is the time that affects everybody's life whether for good or for bad, but it's up to the individual if they want to keep that pain and humiliation.
