I got an Adidas Travel Bag free for purchase of audio CDs. from the India Today Book Club. As the bag was torn I asked for replacement and they agreed for the same and asked me to return. I returned the same through courier service but so far I was not replaced the defective one. Several mail communications are there but they are of no use. They are saying that their records are not update and I have to wait for some more ......more time. What shall I do? Whom shall I complain?
