any one been told to avoid sex or choose not to in pregnancy?

so im 19 weeks pregnant and after an internal exam a few months ago i was told i had a cervical erosion which causes bleeding after sex most of the time. I was told to avoid sex till about 16 weeks but still have been avoiding it at the risk of causing a bleed. We get up to other stuff don't get me wrong but I am really worried what this might do to my relationship as we have always had a good sex life (sorry if tmi) and theres still a while to go till baby is born. Any one else been through this?
 
generally OBs will advise high risk pregnant women not to have sex in the first trimester. but sex really doent do damage to th fetus at the stage your in as amniotic fluid is going to protect you baby pretty well. Im sure your husband has giant junk and all but there is no way he could possibly harm your baby.

If you fee unsure, try going slow and now getting to crazy in the sack.
