Any News On Animation Domination On FOX?

I don't know, but something I find strange is that Cleveland is finally going to get written out of Family Guy tomorrow night, yet The Cleveland Show premieres before that Family Guy episode airs. If you ask me, they should have written him out last year, and I also have a feeling Cleveland getting written out will just be a stupid throwaway joke that will last only a couple of seconds, instead of a proper goodbye.

Oh, okay. That seems pretty good, considering I was fearing that would happen as a throwaway joke that might've occured in an otherwise very good looking season premiere of Family Guy.

Also, I took a look at some of the synopsis' of the new season of The Simpsons, and the season premier, Homer The Whopper, looks pretty good. It apparently has already gotten good reviews, and I expect it to be good due to the fact it is written by guest writers, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, and not the usual writers. But man, the next episode in line, Bart Gets A Z, looks just awful:

"The students of Springfield Elementary School decide to spike Mrs. Krabappel's coffee in order to teach her a lesson after she takes away their cell phones. She is fired by Principal Skinner, who hires a new teacher named Zachary Vaughn. Although Vaughn is a hip young teacher who impresses the students, Bart is plagued by guilt and tries to get Ms. Krabappel hired back."

Seriously, doesn't this kind of sound like a rehashing of the season five episode Sweet Seymour Skinner's Baadasssss Song?

It wouldn't be the first time they've made a new episode by tweaking the plot of an old episode. "Rome-Old and Juli-Eh" was basically just "Lady Bouvier's Lover", except they crossed out "Marge's mother" and wrote "Marge's sister".

If Cleveland is going to be written out of Family Guy next week I'm sure it's going to be Cleveland based and will be about him and Loretta discussing the divorce and talking with a divorce lawyer and what not. Maybe a fourth wall break.

Well in any case I am looking forward to the episode but the timing is odd.

Cleveland was already sent off in the series premiere of the cleveland show. They might mention that they miss him, but I doubt the episode will be about Cleveland. Besides the next episode is Family Goy, and I doubt that is going to feature Cleveland at all.

New episodes coming up:

Family Guy-Brians Got A Brand New Bag
American Dad-Home Adrone
Simpsons-The Great Wife Hopes
The Cleveland Show-The One About Friends

I cannot wait.

So far Cleveland's going pretty strong it seems (to me at least)

Simpsons is kinda lagging along

Family Guy has had it's moments

American Dad is still not a show I am a fan of.

It's amazing that American Dad is on it's 5th season and it seems to be a show that no one talks about. It's just there. Everyone says it's far better than Family Guy but I've never seen anyone, anywhere talk about it. Episode talkbacks for AD are usually a fraction of the length of any given FG talkback. Lots of my friends enjoy Family Guy, but not one of them has ever sat through more than one episode of American Dad.

I've watched AD pretty consistently from the very beginning. But despite how often I watch it, I've never really gotten into it the way I got into Family Guy. Many episodes are very well put together, but for some reason I never have a desire to watch reruns, or pick up any of the DVDs.

Huh. I love watching reruns of the show, I mean it is very underplayed so to see old episodes really makes me happy. That's why I love it when they air older eps in summer, although I never get why they do that with American dad and not the other shows. I would pick up the dvd's of the second and third seasons, but I don't have a huge incentive, plus I'm saving my money for SGT.Frog and One Piece dvd's.

Here's some news on the Simpsons or somewhat of news.

Anyways this is the first season since Season 11 that Treehouse of Horror will be airing before or on Halloween.

Here's what I mean:

Treehouse of Horror I (October 25th, 1990)
Treehouse of Horror II (October 31st, 1991)
Treehouse of Horror III (October 29th, 1992)
Treehouse of Horror IV (October 28th, 1993)
Treehouse of Horror V (October 30th, 1994)
Treehouse of Horror VI (October 29th, 1995)
Treehouse of Horror VII (October 27th, 1996)
Treehouse of Horror VIII (October 26th, 1997)
Treehouse of Horror IX (October 25th, 1998)
Treehouse of Horror X (October 31st, 1999)
Treehouse of Horror XI (November 1st, 2000)
Treehouse of Horror XII (November 6th, 2001)
Treehouse of Horror XIII (November 3rd, 2002)
Treehouse of Horror XIV (November 2nd, 2003)
Treehouse of Horror XV (November 7th, 2004)
Treehouse of Horror XVI (November 6th, 2005)
Treehouse of Horror XVII (November 5th, 2006)
Treehouse of Horror XVIII (November 4th, 2007)
Treehouse of Horror XIX (November 2nd, 2008)
Treehouse of Horror XX (October 18th, 2009)

So this year Treehouse of Horror is airing the earliest it has ever aired October 18th.

Thing is, the World Series are going really late this year, later than normal. Just how long are they expected to hold off the Treehouse of Horror episodes before it gets ridiculous?

Even though I wont be watching it, I'm glad it's airing BEFORE November this year.
