Any movies you're still half way through watching?

Last night I was enjoying The Lives of Others on Sky but had to stop half way through because someone needed the TV for something. Hopefully I'll get to finish it at some point this week, but it reminded me of the fact that I started watching the Kevin Spacey film Swimming With Sharks at a friend's house about 10 years ago, but we had to go out before it finished and in all that time I still haven't seen the rest of it.

Anyone else only seen part of a movie they actually quite enjoyed but never got round to finishing yet?

Yeah quite a few..

Charlie Wilson's War. Was really tired when I started watching it and didn't get what anybody was talking about so put it on the back burner but I'll go back to it soon.

Diary of the Dead. Just got.. bored. But I like to finish movies if I start watching them so I'll finish that off.

Also, The Science Of Sleep and I still haven't watched the end of No Country For Old Men! Keep forgetting that I haven't.

Probably quite shameful, but Citizen Kane. I've tried watching it a few times but I always fall asleep, which is weird because I can normally sit through anything. Maybe i'm just destined never to see it.

I'll give it another go soon though.

I've just remembered years ago I was talking to someone who had only seen the first part of From Dusk Till Dawn. Can you imagine? He honestly thought it was just a movie about some criminals on the run!!

Me, Myself and Irene

I've seen it before but when I bought the DVD, I only watched the first half before falling asleep and about three years later I've still yet to watch the end again..

Pirates of The Carabian

Watched half the first one and all of the second one (completly confused at to what was was going on) and I've not watched the third one

I've been half way through Tenebrae for about a year now. I need to go back and watch it from the beginning I think.

Blake - you should really watch the rest of the Lives of Others, it is an amazing film that just gets better as it goes on (one of those growers)

im STILL half way through the Aviator - that is to say ive watched the first half trying to get into it 2 or 3 times - worth sticking with until the end for once?

I managed to see the middle 50 minutes of Walk The Line today.

It was a music cover lesson and I was in for the second part of the double so...

What I saw of it was very good and I was really impressed by Joaquin and Reese. Just got to some time try to watch the beginning and the end now!

Funnily enough, that, The Wedding Singer, and Waterboy are the only Adam Sandler films I've managed to watch every minute of! Haven't found myself able to finish watching Mr DeeRAB, Anger Management, Punch Drunk Love, or 50 First Dates.

I'm not surprised.
Over-rated film in my view.

I've never managed to watch 'It's a Wonderful Life' from beginning to end.
A Christmas classic, on the box every year, but either someone calls or my mother-in-law will not stop nattering and I have to escape.

I started watching 'The History Boys' recently but never got to the end of it. From what I saw of it, I'm not sure it was working well as a play-to screen feature. Griffiths was very good as usual, althrough incredibly creepy

Got `300` a while back and have only seen the first 10 mins then something seems to happen I forget about it and watch something else then a few weeks later I`ll try watching it again and something happens.

The Lives of Others-great film.
