Please, I don't want any hater answers. I just want to know if I did okay with this Michael Jackson tribute poem?
Title: Yes, “Gone Too Soon” Indeed
We lost another star,
A friend, a brother, a dad.
To most this was strange, this was bizarre;
They’d followed him since he was a little lad.
Fans weep for him,
An icon of the finest to most of our world.
We listened to “Thriller” and things just seemed so grim;
Oh, how this news had us swirled and whirled.
A tortured soul, broken free;
He’d been one to “amuse, entertain, and delight”.
Ah, we had moon walked that day,
And crashed with him that night.
So all the haters can Beat It;
Have some respect for the lifeless.
They just don’t want to admit
That he was a huge success.
We’re all gonna moonwalk,
We’re gonna play our favorite song,
We’re gonna dance in mournful shock,
And we’re gonna wait to know what went wrong.
But now the writer’s tearing up;
‘Cause she just had to have this release.
Just remember to remember,
And may Michael Jackson rest in peace.
