Any Member/Fan Listing PHP/HTML scripts out there?

I've just created a website, and i just wanted to know if someone could possibly recommend me a good ad-free 'register' and member list html/PHP or something along those lines.

I want my users to be able to sign up, and have their names listed on another part of the site.

is this possible?
 
This isn't too hard to write if you know php. However, if you use a content management system such as Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress it will have this feature built in. It will also be much easier for you to create/edit your site.
