If were talking about a single character, I'd say a gambit movie because he seems a popular character. Apocalyse neeRAB to be a villian in one of these movies.

I think she will soon make her debut in a film. As she can be introduced in the new Captain Amercia or Spiderman movies.

My vote goes for Doctor Strange to get his own movie. He is dying for one.

Doctor Strange is scheduled to be coming at some point. At one point Johnny Depp was linked with the part but he gets linked with everything.
This won't see the light of day until after The Avengers in 2012.

Luke cage & iron fist. Solo or as a duo. Rumours are either or both will get to big screen, as long as a project has a decent size budget and the script is true to the character rather than just any old story to try and fill seats at the theatre, most comic comic characters would be worth the price of a theatre ticket to see, that's my opinion anyway : )
