Sorry to all who read my winded question. I hope this is better.
I was fired, from a nursing home, but was not really told why, untill they tried to fight me getting unemployment. When we had the hearing, the head nurse who fired me was caught in at least 2 lies. Can I sue for the nursing homethrough the nurse lied about me and how I worked. I was never told I was doing anything wrong until the day I was fired. I think I was fired because I mentioned regularly CNA's were not getting their 30 min meal break, and let it be known I was tood I would be working days, and did not want to work nights. So can I sue for slander, and or libal?
