Any kind of physical exertion makes my head feel so "drugged"

I have to lead a completely sedentary life, in order to keep symptoms at bay. I can't even fill the dishwasher or wipe down a counter. It's gotten ridiculous. I had to send my daughter away to stay with relatives because I am unable to even take care of myself.

History:
Age 14-animal and seasonal allergies started

Age 16 - quit having bowel movements. went 3-6 months at a time. extreme pain. had appendix removed. It didn't help.

Age 16-21-stopped having bowel movements. extreme constant pain. lots of pain pills. also alcoholic, which didn't help.

Age 21-22-laxative dependent. 3 hours diarrhea daily before work.

Age 22-all of the sudden got very very "drugged" (pain, pressure, drugged, heavy distorted, painful eyes, worse with moving head or eyes, pressure in sinuses, pressure in head, feels like it's going to explode or implode, feel drugged up, hot flushes, adrenaline rushes, drop zone sensation, grayed vision, painful eyes, walk v..e...r...y.. slowly because head is so "drugged", have to hold onto walls, can't turn head or eyes, focus on anything with eyes, beyond exhausted, seeing white haze around eyes, as well as unable to see well, pressure/drugged in head, noise pierces head, can "feel" noise inside head, talking my voice or others, pierces and vibrates inside head, feel completely drugged, heavy, torturous.)

Age 22-25-constantly like this. Went on juice fasts. It helped. Every time I started eating again, it got worse again. Cut out different foods. Went on all natural, celiac diet, all sorts of different diets, candida, etc, etc, etc. Took lots of different supplements, saw lots of different doctors. no bowel movements still.

Age 25-ended up going on 4 month juice fast. afraid to eat anymore. Saw new doctor. started low glycemic diet with all organic fish, chicken, meat, steamed veggies, and low glycemic fruit. Got worse...and then better. Started having BMS! yay!

BMs stopped again, 4 months later... :(

I am now 25, almost 26 yrs old-So, now i can eat...but the "drugged" feeling keeps coming back STRONG if I try to do anything physical; even take a shower, or have a phone conversation, or fill the dishwasher, or wipe a counter. It's stupid. Because I can wipe down a counter and then be bedridden for hours. or i can take a walk and be bedridden for days. i don't want to live a sedentary life. why is this drugged feeling coming! i want it to go away. i want my daughter back. :) can you help me?

If you don't mind...... on the low glycemic diet, approximately how many calories did you have per meal, and for the day? Approximately how much low glycemic fruits did you eat with each meal and for the day? What fruits did you eat?

Do you remember what type of balance, of proteins, carbs and fat, you had with each meal?

Also...... have you ever entered a room, or a building and experienced a problem with your allergies? How about chemicals like detergents, gasoline fumes, paints, smoke?

Do your symptoms get worse at night? Do they get worse after you lie down to go to bed?

I probably can't be of any help due to your complex health problems, but I thought I might try.

Regards..... take care. I hope that you soon find out how to lessen your nasty health problems.

Only 1-2 pieces of low glycemic fruit per day (apple, grapefruit, orange, grapes, etc.) + i have steamed veggies and hormone free fresh water fish, surloin, or turkey for lunch and supper.

Don't know about calories; don't count them.

Yes, I get worse with smells, chemicals, fumes, etc. but get MUCH worse with any kind of exertion.

Symptoms actually improve somewhat at night. And lying down/resting for long periods improves symptoms.

I meant to respond to you earlier, but don't have the best memory these days. :dizzy:

If you don't mind the questions...... why only 1-2 pieces of fruit? That is what I do, because I am Insulin Resistant/Pre-Diabetic, but I was wondering why you ate a small quantity of fruit.

Are the meats organic? Do they contain things like nitrates?

There are some health problems in which the body has problems digesting calories. Those individuals have to limit calories by having small, low calorie, balanced meals.

At least you have a significant clue regarding your very unusual and debilitating health problems. You seem to be somewhat environmental sensitive AND you could have Immune System, AutoImmune problems?

With Immune/AutoImmune problems the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) and metabolism react to ANYTHING in the environment, both INSIDE and OUTSIDE the home.

Your problems with exertion are puzzling. When I read about exertion problems I relate that to my heart problems. When I am weak and fatigued I usually listen to my heart through a stethoscope and "usually" the heartbeat is very faint and slow.

If I put on a shirt that contains a dye that I am allergic to, or sensitive to, it will slow down my heart and cause breathing problems, and make me weak and fatigued and mentally confused.

Not that this has anything to do with your heart. But.... when you are fatigued and or weak and or reacting to exertion, do you have any idea about your heart? Weak beat? Fast beat? Slow beat? Hard beat?

The Circadian Rhythm, which controls the release and control of more than 300 different body Hormones, is very active at night. For instance, the release of Melatonin via Circadian Rhythm happens at night, causing most people to get drowsy. Other hormones, such as from the adrenals are also shut down at night, to enable sleep. Since the adrenals "excite" the SNS, the nervous system becomes much less "reactive" to environmental irritants at night. However because hormones from the adrenals and other organs/glands "excite" the nervous system (SNS) to help to protect against allergic reactions, etc., at night time other health problems, like Asthma, pain, Sinusitis, joint pain, etc., increase.

OTOH, I have no training or education in medicine, so a lot of this I have picked up on my own, so a lot of these points are just from my own personal experiences and uneducated theories.

I wanted to bring up these points to you for possibly more discussion on them. As is often said, two minds are better than one.

I hope that you are doing better today!

Regards, and best of luck!
