Can Chaos Sorcerer be Special Summoned from the graveyard with Call of Haunted or special summoned from removed pile with Return From Different Dimension or something like that if it was properly special summoned beforehand?
I have had several different yes and no answers, but I am looking for an official answer. Please provide a reference. It says on Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia that it can, but I don't know if that's right.
I went to a tournament a few weeks back I when I tried it, my opponet said I couldn't do that. The Judge was busy and time was almost up, so I just accepted it, and moved on, but several times before that, opponets have used that tactic on me.
