any information i should need to know on how to pull a 5x8 uhaul trailer with a chevey s10 crewcab 4wd please will be going on a long moving trip including pulling up hill
The tongue weight should be 10% of total trailer weight. Think about where the heavier items are in the trailer. Try to put them over the axel.
You should also have a proper hitch attached to the truck frame, no bumper hitch. It's going to take a lot longer distance to stop, adjust your driving. Check all tire pressures and trailer lights.
about the only thing i can say that might help is put the heavy stuff on the truck and try to cneter the rest of heavy over the axle in trailer... too much either way you will feel it sway so if it does get to swaying move somethings a round wil help
