Any ideas what's wrong?

It started about a year ago. At first I started feeling nauseous everytime I had sugar, like sweet tea or a piece of candy. I cut most sugars out of my diet then and it seemed to relieve most of the nausea. Then a few months later, I started waking up every morning feeling nauseous. I would have to wait a long time before eating/drinking anything other than water or else I would feel the need to throw up, this including brushing my teeth. Now, a year later, I wake up every morning with terrible nausea, very dizzy, and the feeling like I need to throw up (I don't, I just feel like I need to). I also wake up with a feeling like there's a lump in my throat, kind of like it's swollen almost shut. This will usually go away during the day, but the terrible nausea won't. This whole year I've been very tired; no matter how much I sleep it never feels like enough. I never used to get headaches, but I get them a few times a month now (prior to this year I maybe got 1 or 2 a year). I never had heartburn before either, and once in a while now I'll feel it. I've been tested for diabetes, hypoglycemia, anemia, thyroid problems, liver, kidney... all of which came back fine. My boyfriend suggested to see if it could be linked to acid reflux, and my doctor said there's a possibility. I got omeprazole from the drug store, but have not taken it yet since it's too big, I can't swallow it. I have a feeling though that it's something more than just acid reflux. I'm also wondering if it could be anything with my inner ear. Some mornings when I wake up to let my dogs out, the distance walking from my bed to the front door (I'd say it's about 50 ft or so), it will all be blurry and I have to stand there a minute to let my sight and dizziness catch back up. Last month I was standing in the shower and almost passed out, I had to slowly sit down and turn the water super cold to catch back up. Lately I've been getting hot and cold flashes, just constantly rotating. Who knows if all this could be linked together, but I figured I'd list everything. I know some of these symptons are similar to pregnancy, but I am not and have never been pregnant. So that rules that out. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please let me know! I'm so frustrated with this I can't take it anymore.

I have, I've been to two different physicians, which are the ones who've tested me for diabetes, hypoglycemia, thyroid problems, liver kidney, etc...all of which they said is fine.

I am 5'1" and weigh around 105 lbs or so...I've gained a couple lbs the past year or two. So I think I'm a decent weight.
