Any Ideas on how to fix my 65inch Mitsubishi ws-65907 T.V.? Power button flashes

clicks then clicks and dies? I have a older ws-65907 Mitsubishi T.V. and just last night it stopped working. The Green light on the power button comes on when you push it, and something clicks in the back of the t.v. when that happens. Then after 2 seconds the t.v. clicks again in the same spot and the green light goes off. the t.v. never turns on. I have tried disconnecting the front control panel to see if there was a problem with the power button, but it was no help. I removed the back panel and tried to pin point the source of the sound. The sound is coming from the bigger of the two transformers (or what I believe to be transformers) in the middle of the board.
