1. we learned that ribosomes attached to ER to form rough ER, but does it really attach? because i read a book that ribosomes are not attached to ER but only very near to the membrane of ER.
2. we learned that during protein synthesis, ribosomes move along mRNA to read the codes, but if the ribosomes attached to the membrane of ER, how the ribosomes move along the mRNA?
3. until stop code, polypeptide detach from the ribosome before move into ER to be process, but i read a book that during protein synthesis, the growing polypeptide chain grow into the rough ER.
