My partner has been experiencing what seems like really bad vein pain in his right thigh. When you run a hand softly over it, it feels almost very bumpy and clotted or blocked maybe? and when touched it is extremely painful and sensitive. The one leg also gets very cold as if there is not enough blood getting to that leg, the same thing is happening to his right arm in the veins except for the coldness. He has been getting pains in the neck veins too along with other symptoms, poor appetite, chronic fatigue, general aches and pains etc. He is 21 and also a heavy smoker. Any help would be very much appreciated.
