Any good websites to "adopt" wildlife?

So for a birthday present I want to give my friend one of those things where you adopt a wild animal. I know WWF does it but I don't really want to use them. Its not that I don't support them, but I just don't really want to use the system they have. I like when they have a picture of the animal you adopted and a certificate and what not. Are there any legit websites you know of?

Oh and the animal I will be getting is a wolf if that makes a difference.
