i have a 2.5 lbs sirloin tip roast i wanna make in the oven. any good suggestions for me and instructions like heat and how long to get it to a medium finish?????
Buy a thermometer or push on forearm of your arm.I know that sounds crazy but it really works.Towards,the front(on the top)towards your wrist is med well to well.By pushing on it.Towards the back near your elbow is rare.If you'll will push on the sirloin (with tongs) you will be able to determine how cooked you want it.
