Any good php programmers out their willing to help me build a video sharing site?

I am creating my own video sharing site like youtube but with a hd video player (divx) just like stage6 I know html and css but not to good in php you can see my site at divxcloud.com so if you are good in php please reply must need to know php well like make a script to convert videos. also please don't link me to any sites thanks. You will get paid for you efforts.
 
First, a couple of questions, what type of server do you run on, who is your host, and exactly how much experience do you have? You do realize that a job like this will cost in the $1000s.... Even though you said not to link to any sites, well, you should really use getafreelancer.com because the freelancers (this one guy named agilesols their helped me with my own site. Even though I have extensive knowledge of php, I still needed extra help from others and I got it here...
