Any good fantasy books?

I'm tired of re-reading my collection of books, could anyone recommend a good fantasy novel? The only book series I'm not interested in reading about is Artemis Fowl and Lord of the Rings.
I've already read Twilight, Eragon, Harry Potter, all the mainstream popular books.
Something new and interesting would be nice :)
 
I don't know how mainstream this is...but, have you tried the Tithe series? It's one of my favorite books. It does a very good job at mixing in fantasy with modern American culture. Some other things about it:

-The plot can be a bit inconsistent sometimes, but there's a good amount of adventure and the story is always moving forward.
-If you've only skimmed the surface of fairytales, this will educate you on some older fairy myths.
-The main characters in the second book are homeless, which helps you to see the homeless as more than 'hobos'
-The best part is the characters are extremely realistic and relatable. I was surprised at how many feelings I shared with the main characters.

A quote that I think sums up the books: '...Wondered if everyone felt like there was a monster underneath their skin.'
