Any good exercise plans?

Well i eat 3 times maybe 4 times a day so my problem isn't over eating its just I'm not getting enough exercise.I only need this plan until Christmas when I'm getting a treadmill.Also I'm 13 year old male about 123 pounds and its not that I'm overweight its just I'm getting a tubby belly.I mainly need exercise in my upper body and stomach something i can do at home that wont take very long.Thanks for your time.
Yes i know i have tried to join a gym but we just dont have enough money right now.And how many should i do and how often a day?
